Plan to Protect Workshop: April 8, 2009
How Communities Can Prepare for Climate Change
Description: The Plan to Protect workshop was designed to offer guidance to decision-makers on how to prepare for climate change. Case studies demonstrating how different communities have approached adaptation planning were presented with a view to extracting transferable lessons and practices from these models. The workshop also kicked-off an opportunity for towns on Cape Cod and the Islands to begin to incorporate climate adaptation into their hazard planning efforts.
